Our fullest service provides landlords with complete peace of mind and great value for money. We leave no stone unturned in referencing your prospective tenant and report back in depth:

  • History of residency with previous landlord reference (if applicable)
  • Data confirmed, bank account, identification etc
  • Credit check and affordability calculation

While our full tenant referencing service covers all bases, our online credit checking service is a basic package which, nevertheless, ensures essential searches are carried out.

Company credit reference – £21.50 per reference

Our company reference check is designed to give landlords peace of mind when entering into an arrangement with corporate tenants, combining financial analysis with information verification:

  • Details of previous names and subsidiaries
  • Verification of business activities
  • Confirmation of company profit and loss accounts and CCJ history
  • Comprehensive report


  • For basic referencing you will get a pass or fail result. For the full referencing you will get the same outcomes, but for a pass you will also get an affordability factor for monthly rent.

  • A basic check is completed within a few hours during opening hours. A full reference is reliant upon responses from employers and previous landlords, so the process can vary in length.

  • If your tenant fails the referencing you have the choice to proceed, reference a guarantor or look for a new tenant(s).

  • Yes you can, although you will only have limited cover and higher excesses.

  • While it is best practice to reference your tenants, it is not generally a requirement of landlord policies.
