If you are struggling to maintain your cash flow, but just havent got the staff or the time to chase up unpaid bills, then you could find that our Credit Control service proves a very cost effective solution.
You might want a quick fix to generate some immediate cash, or you might prefer to establish a long term solution to the debtor problem. This could be another service that we build in your accounting package.
Asking a client to pay their overdue bills is never easy and most companies put it off as long as possible for fear of upsetting clients and impacting on any future work. If that applies to your company then outsourcing might work better.
Minimal Disruption
All you do is to provide us with invoice data and the team will act on your behalf but from their premises, with no disruption to your day-to-day business. You decide whether they should act as if they are part of your business or whether they should declare themselves as outsourced independent agents when they talk to the customers.
Proactive Approach
Our approach is to proactively handle invoice collections from the moment you raise the invoice. We contact the customer before the invoice is due to make sure there are no problems and then on the due date it is more difficult for them to delay payment. We ask them for payment when due and the funds go directly to you as normal.
No Contract
There is no contract so you could leave at any time although, to date, we have 100% client retention.
Fixed Monthly Fee
We agree a fixed monthly fee so know the exact cost of the service. Whether a debtor needs one phone call or 10 phone calls, 2 emails and a fax, it is all included so there are no hidden extra charges.
