At S-Tech we believe in providing a personal service for every client whether you are a large corporation or an individual.
Should the unforeseen occur and you need to make a claim under your policy, we generally recommend that you contact us in the first instance. You can do this by telephone or by email, whichever you prefer.
Each and every one of our clients is assigned a dedicated claims handler. Your claims handler can provide you with advice on how to make a claim, how your Insurer will deal with the claim and what else we can do to assist you.
Most of the major Insurers have a 24 hour help line enabling you to report your claim at any time suitable for you. Not only can they give you advice and assistance in the event of an emergency but it also saves you the time in completing unnecessary paperwork. 24 Hour Insurer Help Line Numbers:
Although you need to report your claim to the Insurer directly, the claim will be registered here at S-Tech and monitored by your claims handler from start to finish.
Your claims handler will liaise with Insurers and any of their appointed representatives. This will assist you in reaching a prompt settlement.
